You will not believe whom the King and Queen Buzzards for the year is. For
the next twelve months, Dorothy Jenkins and James Owens will be
considered royalty in the world of buzzards. Each one of them will get a bow
from me.
At the last gathering, Merle Melton and Jackie Jenkins won the re-qualifying
kitty. I think that if we all try harder we could have a shot at one of those
positions. Oh well, congratulations to all four of you.
Hope that everyone had a wonderful Labor Day. It's supposed to be the last
summer blowout. I myself stayed at home on call with my lovely saucykitty.
Remember to check out the buzzard website on your computers. They've
posted the winners from Conroe. Not only that, but you can keep up to date
with everything that is going on in our Chapter and our fellow Chapters.
Be sure to mark in your calendars that our meeting in October if the 22nd.
Also, we have a trash pick-up scheduled for the 21st of October. It's just a
chance to remind you that outside of home and work, you can get much
satisfaction and pleasure out of being around a bunch of buzzards.

We had 58 members at the meeting. There was 54 bowling
buzzards and one guest. I believe Ronnie told me there was 328
crossovers, paying out 54 places. We had 4 more buzzards than
we did last month. Just think if we increased by 4 every month,
we'd get so high I couldn't count anymore. Way to go buzzards.
